Whistleblowing
Welcome to Alfa Laval’s whistleblowing page. This reporting channel can be used to report any suspected or observed violations of the law or Alfa Laval’s Business Principles.
How to make a report:
Employees
We strongly encourage you to report to your manager, or alternatively to the next line manager, the HR Manager, the financial controller, the Business Compliance organization or Internal Audit.
In cases of serious violations, where internal reporting is not conceivable, an anonymous report can be made to the whistleblowing service: https://report.whistleb.com/en/alfalaval.
External Stakeholders
People with whom Alfa Laval has a business or community relationship are encouraged to speak up and to report any observed violations of the law or Alfa Laval’s Business Principles.
Normally the first course of action is to report to the Managing Director of the relevant local Alfa Laval Company.
In cases of serious violations, where the above reporting is not conceivable, an anonymous report can be made to the whistleblowing service: https://report.whistleb.com/en/alfalaval.
Country specific laws
Please note that legislation regarding whistleblowing varies considerably from one country to another. Whistleblowers will be asked in which country they are making a report. Alfa Laval whistleblowing process will be carried out in accordance with that countries legislation – some countries restrict certain types (or all) reports in which case all records of the call will be deleted form computer systems and written records.
